What is a MyTP electronic planner?

MyTP is a made-to-order, day-to-a-page Microsoft Word® electronic teacher and student planner that is compatible with Apple Pages® and Office compatibility software such as DataViz Documents To Go®. This means it will run on a variety of platforms, including Windows®, MacOS® & iOS® as well as SmartPhone platforms such as Android®.

You may design your MyTP planner to reflect your school's unique academic calendar, timetable structure and calendar events (College Edition only), and incorporate your subject, duty/meetings and co-curricular timetables in your order. We then create your fully personalised electronic planner for you and email it to you, ready to use with nothing to download or install!

MyTP comes with a FREE feature-rich (Microsoft Excel® or Apple Numbers®) Administration Workbook for teachers, or a Study Workbook for students. The teacher's Administrative Workbook includes an Assessment Record, Contacts List and Attendance Roll, while the student's Study Workbook helps them organise their class notes and revision summaries, as well as set priorities and meet assessment deadlines. On Windows® platforms the workbooks automatically hyperlink from each lesson's subject name in the electronic planner.


MyTP is available for:

  • Windows computers : PC / Laptop / Notebook / Netbook / Tablet / Slate (requires Word & Excel)
  • Macintosh computers : iMac / Macbook (requires Office for Mac or Pages & Numbers)
  • iOS devices : iPad / iPhone (requires Pages & Numbers)

    Here's how MyTP can be used on a combination of different devices:
    Windows Computer
    & Android Device
    		MyTP can be used exclusively on a single device
    Use the Laptop to edit the planner and the Android device for display only.
    Planners edited on Android devices may not be viewable back on the Laptop
       
    Windows Computer
    & iPad / iPhone
    		MyTP can be updated on one device and viewed on another device in the classroom
    Use the Laptop to edit the planner and the iPad/iPhone for display only.
    Planners edited on iPads/iPhones may not be viewable back on the Laptop
       
    Macintosh Computer
    & iPad / iPhone
    		MyTP can be updated and viewed on different types of Apple devices
    The planner and workbook may be edited on both the Macbook and iPad
       
    Windows Computer
